REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns Policy outlined below.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect compared to what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@belviara.com.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short video if necessary

Once verified, Belviara will, at its discretion:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a full refund.

For approved damaged or defective item claims, Belviara will cover any applicable return shipping costs.


30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must not show excessive wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

  • All included accessories must be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where legally required, customers may exercise their statutory right to cancel qualifying online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you exercise this right, products must be returned in accordance with applicable law and may be subject to reasonable deductions where the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

  • Photos if applicable

Our support team will provide instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Belviara will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

If you change your mind:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund where appropriate.


6-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Belviara provides a limited 6-month warranty on the SilkyTrim Trimmer against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials

  • Failures occurring during normal intended use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper use

  • Abuse or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water damage caused by improper handling

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions

Warranty Claims

After review, we may repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.


MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Belviara offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases.

The money-back guarantee does not apply where:

  • The product has been intentionally damaged after delivery.

  • The product has been misused.

  • The customer refuses delivery without contacting us first.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

Each request is reviewed individually by our support team.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used, where permitted by applicable law.

This may include personal grooming products such as the SilkyTrim Trimmer if returned in an unsanitary condition.

Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights applicable under law.
